However, language problem is what we have to encounter when propagating Tao
to a foreign land. Of all the languages, we have noticed that English is most common.
For the Tao practitioners to overcome this language barrier, therefore, we are glad
to publish this book, English Reference Manual for Tao Propagation, hoping it can
provide them with a good and useful reference when conducting the Tao receiving
ceremony and Tao Seminar abroad. We also hope this book can serve as a teaching
material for them to guide the local people, so that “the local Tao practitioners can
depend on themselves to propagate Tao in their mother land.” Hence the great vow
of Me-Le Buddha (Buddha Maitreya) — Transforming this secular world into a
Heavenly land — can ultimately be fulfilled.
