Dao De Jing 道德經(英)

The Dao De Jing is a mystical Chinese book of some 5,000 Chinese characters written over
2,500 years ago. It is not easy to understand such a mystical book, even for the ordinary
Chinese people. Many famous scholars have published books which offered their interpretations
of the original Chinese text. In order to understand the mystical message and wisdom contained
in the text, the translator has to refer to many of these reference books; and then try his best
to put the message across into the language of the west.
Time many change, thought many change; language many change; but truth remains eternally
the same. It is the essence of truth in the Dao De Jing that is important.
