Wisdom is like a chest of treasures. Once we open it, there are many precious and invaluable
gems that we can gain. Within it lies the answers to the many mysteries in life and the universe.
With it, the Saints and Sages were awakened and enlightened to the understanding of the Truth.
This is contrary to the knowledge commonly perceived by people. As said by Lao Zi,
“Without going outdoors and yet able to know of all matters in the universe.

     Without peeping through windows and yet able to understand the divine Truth that
      governs the universe.
      The further one pursues from without oneself the lesser one will gain such true understanding.
      Therefore, a Saint is able to know without travelling; to understand without seeing; and to
      accomplish without doing.”

Because what we normally pursue is knowledge, that is, the understanding not generated from
within ourselves, the scope of this knowledge is extremely limited. In contrast, Saints and Sages
perceive all matters based on their wisdom generated from within. Therefore, the extent of their
knowledge and understanding of the universe is boundless and pervasive.
